"This property was exactly as advertised and described. It’s nestled away in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood that is still close to the beach, downtown, and multiple state parks. Beth was great about communicating as we worked out details for a group of friends reuniting for a wedding. Check in was also a breeze. It’s a great home for couples or families. Lots of spaces to connect as a group or to sneak off and curl up with a book. Highly recommend. And if you stay, check out KIN for your morning coffee, and the Itty Bitty Bar for lunch or dinner. Both just a mile walk away."

"Our large family group, 6 adults and 6 children, had a wonderful weekend at Beth’s home. It was beautiful, very clean, and well stocked. Just about everything we needed was available. The kiddos LOVED the bunkroom! Would stay there again!"

"Beth’s place was great for our large family. There was plenty of space and it is in a great neighborhood. The bonfire pit was awesome! I gave 4 stars because there were quite a few bugs in the house, not enough towels, the pans in the kitchen would not scrub clean and it was tough to even make eggs in them. The bath tub upstairs would not drain properly and the pillows were very puffy. I wished there was a booklet of high spots in the area as well. All in all it was a great vacation and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Beth had great response time which I appreciated!"

"We had a great weekend! The home and neighborhood are beautiful. House was also spotless and perfect for a girls’ weekend! Nicely located and a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of beds for sleeping for larger parties as well! Do read the hosts’ instructions about paper towels and trash bags to bring some extra items if this is the same policy. We would happily stay again!"
